For those of you who don't know me, my name is Jessica and life thus far has been quite a ride! One that’s tested me, shaped me, and ultimately led me here.

From a perceivable rough start, with plenty of trials and tribulations early on, I was fortunate to be adopted by my aunt and uncle, who stepped in and became my greatest supporters. From there, I made a decision: my past wouldn't define my future. A decision I've made over and over.

I’ve lived a nomadic lifestyle—calling eight Canadian cities home and exploring eleven countries. Each place taught me something unique about people, purpose, and perspective. Along the way, I faced personal challenges and life-altering setbacks. But every experience became a catalyst for growth, self-reflection, and ultimately, transformation.

Professionally, I’ve worn many hats—nanny, realtor, executive assistant, marketer, coach, consultant and grant writer. Each role shaped my ability to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and help others step into their own growth. The work I do today is a direct reflection of those lived experiences—real, raw, and rooted in purpose.

My story includes both moments of abundance and times I had nothing. I’ve been both lost and found. And through it all, I’ve come to believe that resilience isn’t something we’re born with—it’s something we build, one step at a time.

How Petley PC Came To Be

Jessica Petley is a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to enhancing personal and business efficiency. With a focus on emotional intelligence and innovative solutions, she founded Petley Perception Corp to address lifestyle management and concierge services. Over the years, her vision has evolved with the needs of her networks. Significantly leading to the company’s expansion into broader personal and business development services.

The company was initially incorporated on April 11, 2014, in Calgary, Alberta, Petley Perception Corp started as a lifestyle management and concierge service company. Jessica aimed to help clients streamline their daily tasks and responsibilities, providing them with more time to focus on their core activities and personal well-being.

As the market needs evolved, so did Petley Perception Corp. In March 2017, the company briefly changed its name to Petley Realty Corp before reverting to Petley Perception Corp in November 2018. This rebranding marked a significant shift in the company’s strategic direction, aligning with a broader scope of services. Jessica realized she could do more good in the real estate industry by not being a licensed Realtor.

Today, Petley Perception Corp operates as Petley PC, offering a wide range of services aimed at both personal and business development. The company’s portfolio includes:

Grant Writing: Assisting clients in securing funding for various projects and initiatives.
Business Consulting: Helping businesses start, stabilize and scale operations.
Personal Development: Achieving a renowned sense of self for clients. Gaining clarity, direction, implementation and support along the way.
