Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to PPC offers including, without limitation, private coaching, coaching programs, strategy sessions, accountability support, digital products, educational resources, downloadable materials, and future related offers released under Petley Perception Corp.

Each offer may include its own structure, duration, pricing, delivery format, scheduling process, access period, communication method, or support boundaries. Those offer-specific details will be stated on the relevant sales page, enrollment page, checkout page, invoice, onboarding materials, or written agreement.

 By purchasing or using a PPC offer, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying, purchasing, booking, or communicating with PPC.

PPC provides coaching, educational, and advisory services.

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support clarity, decision-making, self-leadership, personal responsibility, aligned action, and applied change. Coaching may include conversation, reflection, feedback, accountability, exercises, frameworks, and educational guidance.

All PPC services and products are provided for educational and personal development purposes.

Results depend on many factors, including your honesty, decisions, participation, timing, readiness, follow-through, and circumstances outside PPC’s control.

PPC makes no guarantee of any specific personal, relational, professional, financial, or business outcome.

PPC services do not provide therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, implementation, and results throughout your participation in any PPC offer.

Where additional professional support is appropriate, you are responsible for seeking it from a qualified provider.

By engaging with PPC, you agree to participate honestly, communicate respectfully, take responsibility for your decisions and follow-through, complete agreed actions where applicable, and use PPC materials only as permitted under these Terms.

PPC reserves the right to pause, decline, or discontinue service where conduct becomes abusive, threatening, inappropriate, repeatedly disruptive, or inconsistent with the integrity of the working container.

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the site or the experience of other users.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, exploit, or misuse website content, downloads, forms, or resources except as expressly permitted by PPC.

All prices are listed in the currency stated on the relevant page, product, invoice, or payment page.

Payment is due in full in advance unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been expressly offered.

Where a payment plan is approved, it is a payment arrangement for the full fee of the selected offer, not a subscription or month-to-month service. All scheduled payments remain due according to the agreed arrangement.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping payment details current.

All payments are non-refundable unless a different written policy is expressly stated for a specific offer.

For live sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule unless a different notice period is stated for the relevant offer. Sessions missed without sufficient notice are considered delivered and may be forfeited.

Program access, session availability, and support access expire at the end of the stated offer term unless otherwise specified in writing.

Unused sessions, unused access, incomplete participation, or early withdrawal do not create entitlement to a refund, credit, transfer, or extension unless PPC expressly agrees in writing.

Digital products, downloads, and educational materials are licensed to the purchaser only for personal use unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, teach from, upload, publish, or otherwise exploit PPC digital materials in whole or in part without prior written permission.

Access limits, download limits, or delivery methods may vary depending on the platform or checkout system used.

Some PPC offers include between-session communication or support. Where included, the applicable communication method, response rhythm, and boundaries will be stated on the relevant offer page or in onboarding materials.

Support access is limited to the scope and duration of the purchased offer.

PPC does not provide emergency response, crisis support, or unrestricted on-demand access.

PPC will treat private client information shared within the coaching relationship as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, where there is risk of harm, or where you have granted express written permission.

You are responsible for choosing a private setting and secure device when attending online sessions or accessing materials.

Sessions may be recorded for coaching continuity, note accuracy, internal review, or client support.

Any use of recordings, excerpts, feedback, insights, wins, or outcomes beyond private service delivery requires additional permission where applicable.

 All PPC content, frameworks, tools, exercises, written materials, downloads, recordings, videos, graphics, educational resources, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Petley Perception Corp. unless otherwise stated.

Purchase or participation grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

No right or license is granted for commercial use, reproduction, publication, distribution, sublicensing, or exploitation without prior written permission.

You agree to contact PPC first to attempt to resolve any billing concern, access issue, or service-related concern directly.

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute after accessing sessions, program materials, downloads, recordings, or support may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is reviewed.

PPC reserves the right to provide relevant records, communications, purchase confirmations, attendance records, and access logs in response to a billing dispute or chargeback claim.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petley Perception Corp. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website, PPC services, PPC products, or PPC materials.

By purchasing or participating, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.

 Your use of this website and your purchase or participation in PPC offers may involve the collection and use of personal information.

That information is governed by the PPC Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 PPC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will always apply to future use of the website and future purchases, bookings, enrollments, or access after the updated version is published.
