8. Payments and Checkout
PPC uses GoDaddy commerce and checkout tools together with integrated third-party payment methods or providers that may be made available at checkout. PPC does not directly store full payment card details.
Payment processors and commerce providers may collect, process, and store payment information according to their own privacy and security practices. PPC may receive limited transaction and billing information necessary to confirm payment, fulfill purchases, maintain records, and respond to support or account questions.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
PPC uses third-party systems and service providers to operate the business. Depending on how you interact with PPC, your information may be collected, processed, stored, or hosted through a combination of tools reasonably required to operate the website, communicate with users, deliver services, process purchases, store files, and maintain records.

10. Session Recordings and Client Content
PPC records coaching sessions as part of service delivery. Recordings are stored through Google Meet and associated Google cloud storage. Access is restricted to PPC unless the client requests access or disclosure is otherwise required for a lawful business purpose or legal obligation.
Session recordings may be used for continuity of service, client support, internal review, and service improvement. PPC retains session recordings for three years after a client completes, graduates from, or otherwise ends the applicable service relationship unless a longer period is required by law or a shorter period is required by a specific written agreement.
Any use of session recordings, excerpts, client stories, testimonials, social proof, educational examples, service-improvement material, or marketing-related content beyond internal service delivery will follow the level of consent the client has provided to PPC. Where PPC states that personal details will be kept private, PPC will take reasonable steps to remove or limit identifying details in line with the consent provided.

PPC stores personal information across a mix of systems actually used to operate the business, which may include website tools, email systems, cloud storage, business devices, forms, meeting platforms, and internal files.
PPC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, password-protected systems, platform security features, and limiting access to personal information to what is reasonably required for business operations.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. PPC does not guarantee absolute security, but takes reasonable steps to protect information under its control.

PPC is based in Alberta, Canada, but PPC’s third-party providers may store or process personal information outside Alberta or outside Canada. This means your information may be accessed, stored, or processed in other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in Alberta or Canada.
